Well we had our health screening to day at work….they told me I would live for a few more days….but could not narrow it to a specific number. They said I would have no problem knowing when I was not lliving anymore though….said the biggest give away to the fact of not living is not having to carry around the gut that I have…LOL Here is what they told me.<\/p>\n

Total Cholesterol = 208 mg\/dl Fair<\/p>\n
HDL Cholesterol = 40 mg\/dl healthy<\/p>\n
LDL Cholesterol = 150 mg\/dl Little high-borderline risk (hmmmm)<\/p>\n
TC\/HDL Ratio 5.2 At risk\u00c2\u00a0 (risk of what????Oh Lord tey got me worried now…LOL)<\/p>\n
Triglcerides = 86 mg\/dl Normal (see I told ya’ll all these years I was normal….just did not know the details)<\/p>\n
Glucose 84 mg\/dl Normal (see comfirmation!)<\/p>\n
Blood pressure = 136\/88 Prehypertension (probably cause they told me I was at risk…and did not tell of what…so I was stressed LOL)<\/p>\n
Body composition = 21.3% Fair\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 (I think I am obsese!)<\/p>\n
Flexibility = 16 inches Fair (not the way I used to be….man I am getting old)<\/p>\n
Few other things they told me:\u00c2\u00a0 I was a male, I am 70 inches tall, and I weigh 210.40 lbs (Good Lord!)<\/p>\n

I will start my runing\/biking back up along with a weigh lifting routine. I would watch my diet better. I would consider quiting snuff, but I am affraid I would stress out and have high blood pressure. …and I advised them that there scale and bady compostion computer needed re-calibrating!<\/p>\n
Anyway wanted to make ya’ll feel all good today knowing that I will probably only live for a few more days….I hope they email me back when they get the exact results in.<\/p>\n
Other than that, I have been making all the moves I can to get my credit as perfect as possible and become debt free bfore I buil a house. I only have one bad mark on my credit report (all 3 of the bureaus). Freecreditreport.com rocks! I have all my credit cards paid off and all I have left is my bike and truck. So, the bike is for sale if anyone knows someone in the market….it is a clean one owner with low miles and extras. $8100.00 cash. Email me for more details….it won’t last long. If I end up keeping it, I may just pay it off now. The truck…well, I will double up on the payments for a few months then trade it in.<\/p>\n
