Palo Duro Canyon – cold
Had a pretty good cold front roll in. Yesterday it was cold, but last night it got down to 27. I went out and covered the holding tank pump around 10PM just in case.
When it warms up a little I am going to work on the run some more. I want to get the roof on before Monday since the wind is suppose to be up around 30mph over about 3 days.
After the roof is on, it’s just the wire panels and door. I can do that in the wind if need be.
I know I said we would take the next few days off, but I need to get it completed. We did have fun yesterday despite the cold bite from the wind.
Played a game of dominos (train) and I won. Next game I lost. Mom and Daddy are enjoying themselves I hope – they seem to be.
