Out of the office

Well looks like I am almost ready to take my first vacation of the year, and a well deserved and appreciated one it will be. Why is it, where am I going, how long..

Well, I have been working a lot of long hours since December, and really two positions at my primary job. My secondary jobs, web design and the ministry have been taking sometime, but not near the time I would like to dedicate to them.

I have decided to restructure some things in my little world to better accommodate the things I am wanting to pursue with greater intensity, such as the music etc. This vacation will allow me the time I need to reorganize and start on my new way. LOL

I am going to fly out to Lubbock to visit some friends, play some music and look around the town a bit. I will also get to visit a friend of mine in the Air Force, who is stationed in San Angelo, while I am there. Looking forward to spending sometime relaxing, visiting, and focusing on the future. I am ready for that big cookout when I arrivealready been briefed on the menuso heat up the grill, I am on my way!

My workouts are going good and becoming more intense, to which I am looking forward to upping the level of training when I return. I am going to maintain my schedule, as best possible, while in Lubbock. I am sure there will be a local gym that will let me use their facilities for 6 days. I have been doing cardio at lunch (Mon. Fri.) and weights in the evenings followed by more cardio. Feeling great, loosing weight, and getting in shape!

Thinking of doing some custom painting to my bike. Put a Tribal Flame design like the ones I emailed out to most of you to vote on, lol, but maybe more of a ghost effect to it. Maybe a thin black to blue to silver design, where the inside of the flame is transparent.to make the looker look twice at the bike. Just want to make it a little different than the stock look, not to mention hide the scratches my drummer boy put on the bike. LOL I love you Edwin, but man I could have killed you that night. Anyway, well see what happens. Thanks to all of you who have voted so far on the black vs. gray designs. Black is winning by one vote currently.

Got a house sitter to feed the new fish (Nemo) and make sure no one tries to adopt my bike while I am gone. So all is good, just waiting on Friday. I will make some posts I know while I am there. Holler when I get back.later!
