There was a bluegrass band back in the East Texas town of Overton that Nick and I used to know. These guys had some really awesome songs. They we’re all extremely talented as well.

Some knowledge for you…about life
I had to take some mandatory training classes at work when I returned – safety related stuff. I was dreading the NORM Awareness (Naturally Occuring Radioactive Material) course, but found I was rather intrueged by the stuff they had to say. So here’s some knowledge for you.

Schools out and I’m coming home!
Well, not just yet, but tomorrow morning. I wish I could have scheduled an earlier flight back home. Two weeks is more than enough time to be gone. I miss everyone and everything back at the old homestead. My two new friends from Louisiana have flown out this evening, and here I sit. Blogging. So, I can’t wait to see the wife, kids, dog, and the fish! Here’s to coming home, and the feeling it gives you down inside.
