Kaden’s Coop – Update 1125
William helped me finish up the biggest part of the build on the coop. They have water and feed – both in the run and in the coop.
There will have to be some fine tuning I think, but it works for now. Plan to pipe in water from the well to the bucket. The bucket has a toilet bowl float in it which will regulate when it is full. The bucket will allow low pressure on the nipples. I found the metal bucket so I could add a heater to it in the winter.
All that is left is paint and I want to build shutters for the vent windows that I have in it – maybe. The chicks are in the coop now and we will let them venture out in the next couple weeks to the run. Then wait for eggs.
