When stupid people try to be smart

I try to find humor in every aspect of life. I think if you were to ask my family and friends most of them would agree that I am a laid back…bit ADD…fun guy to hang with. Sure I can be a butt when it is needed, but for the most part I like to try and be funny.

So this is another attempt, with a subtle message as well, for the idiots surrounding us these days. Read on – especially the ignorant people…get help reading it if you need to… it may teach you something. If you never had to read for homework…call someone over to the computer now…I might use some words over five letters long. Oh yeah, bring the thesaurus and dictionary with you…the person helping you might need it too. You know the saying “birds of a feather flock together”.

Anyway….we’ll move on…

Let’s start with my top five things that define stupid people and how they try to be smart:
(Take notes…if you match any of these…you might be stupid)
1. They spend their lives trying to be or thinking they are someone else. Not in a literal sense, but often letting jealousy take hold of them.
2. This refers to number one as well…Instead of trying to better themselves or help others become better…they try to drag them down to their level. They can’t have anyone better than themselves – the fear of their ignorance becoming even more apparent often fuels this.
3. They often choose the wrong battles – To win – you must be able to defeat your opponent…For example…I would not walk and pick a fight with a pro fighter. Incase you don’t get that example…try this…If all you had was a High School Education equivalent to the 8th grade…would you defend yourself in court against a seasoned attorney?
4. They do not know when to stop – They are often oblivious to the warnings, and opportunities to stop their actions….or speech. They let their anger and stupidity fuel them until their actions and words become something less than intelligible or sane.
5. Well…They just think they’re smart or clever. I know this sounds simple and stupid in its own right…but it is true! IF you’re stupid…please, please, please don’t try and be smart. You’ll only stumble and show your true colors. Remember what Forrest said – “stupid is as stupid does”.

So, there you have it in a nutshell. Know anyone like this. The Lord knows I do…and here lately I’ve come to know a few others. Yes, if you are thinking…is he speaking of me…then the answer is a simple “Yes”. You can pat yourself on the back for getting the answer correct.

If you have any questions about this post – or any of the others – figure it out by yourself. It may take a little homework on your part, but no one is making you do it. Don’t bother calling me – I won’t answer, and yes, it is the Clark residence. Don’t bother calling anyone that knew/knows me – they don’t want to talk to stupid people either…yet we do get a little laugh out of the effort put forth.

This post has been short and sweet just so you won’t get too much of a headache trying to decipher it. Please print it out for further research – I do not want to be responsible for your eyes going bad or your health to diminish while you sit on your rear in front of the computer.

To my friends and family – I apologize for having waisted your time by posting this and you reading it. Though it probably only waisted a mere 3 minutes of your time – since you read a little better than the stupid people – I hope you understand my humor in it.

To the stupid people I offended – yes that is you – even though you probably do not realize it as of yet – please use the tax money that my family, friends, and I work so hard to pay – for one of the continuing education courses offered in the great state of Texas and all over this wonderful country. I pray you’ll come to grips with your ignorance and learn to cope with how important it is that you are in fact stupid. It makes it easier for the rest of us to look even smarter than we are.
