Leg pain = back problem?

Ok, so I am getting older now…or something… LOL

My lower leg has been bothering me alot lately, and due to an old injury I thought I should have it checked out. I made an appointment with the ortho’ that did the surgery several years ago to see if the rod might be moving or if it were being rejected by my body.

After the appointment, X-Rays, tests….blaaa blaa blaa…he tells me he thinks it could be a ruptured or herniated disc in my lower spine. What? I was a little confused by the whole thing since my back has not been hurting… at least no more than my normal day to day life lets it. I mean every once in a while I get a little active and my back tells me about it the next morning, but other than that…I am fine on the back.

So today I went for a MRI. After running around in a robe with a nice little nurse and being soved into a tube…well no diagnosis yet.

On the home front, the band had a Youth Worship this weekend. Went well had another 215 youth present, and Matt Edwards was the speaker. You can read more about it on freeinhim.org.

I am typing this post on a iBook, whoo hoo, think I am gonna trade my windows laptop for it, then purchase the Mac mini for home. Then later down the road, maybe get a mini for the office. I really like this iBook, first one I have ever used. I have two weeks to make up my mind, then the flight attendent who owns it will either want the trade or it back. I think she’ll get the trade if I can talk her out of getting me the money to purchase the wireless card. Hey mine has built in wireless G so it would only be fair.

So please keep me in your prayers, I would rather it be something that will go away with out surgery.

Thanks,
James
