Thanksgiving 2009
As I posted previously, we went down to the lake place – commonly known as “Palacio de George” for Thanksgiving. We wanted to have a good Thanksgiving with Debbie since her health is getting a little down. We had a great time and missed the rest of the family. Kaden kept saying “we have a happy family. I love you guys…but we’re missing someone.” We had to guess who…and as long as we guessed someone who was not there – we were correct. LOL

Thanksgiving Day at Palacio de George!
Well the truck is loaded and we’re off to Palacio de George – the land of enchantment … or something like that anyway. We will spend our Thanksgiving there this year. Wish we had enough room for everyone, but that will come after we re-model the palacio. Then we can have everyone come down. We will miss the rest of our family, and we hope they understand the trip. We are affraid that Debbie won’t have many more good times down at the palacio. So we elected to have a good one this year.

Ready to hunt
Well, this year, our hunting takes another turn. We will be hunting two places we’ve never hunted before. One being Amistad, and the other Henderson. Yeah, they’re both in Texas, but on opposite coasts…LOL Craig and I spent some time to day getting ready. This won’t be a “walk out to the stand and wait” type hunt…it won’t be shopping.

President Obama is really loosing some of the “glow” he had as time goes on. Don’t get me wrong, every President does the longer he is in office – it is an evolutionary thing. I, have ranted my thoughts on this several times and I do so with no apologies. Those of you who don’t like it – well it is nice to know we both exercise our rights.
