Rights…what rights?

blind-justiceOK, so maybe I am just a little extreme with the title, but I woke up this morning to get ready for a little bow hunting in East Texas and decided to almost ruin the day by reading the news. It seems the libral left is getting more and more voice.

I found this headline and immediately thought “well he was in his own home”. Well, here is the short version of the story:

Man Charged After Making Coffee Naked

A Springfield, Virginia man is facing an indecent exposure charge after a passerby spotted the man naked in his kitchen and reported it to police.

Eric Williamson, 29, is a commercial diver who grew up in Hawaii and rents home with several co-workers. Williamson told FOX 5’s Will Thomas his roommates were not home and he walked into the kitchen to make coffee about 5:30 a.m. Monday.

“Yes, I wasn’t wearing any clothes but I was alone, in my own home and just got out of bed. It was dark and I had no idea anyone was outside looking in at me,” Williamson said. http://www.myfoxdc.com/dpp/news/local/101909_man_caught_making_coffee_naked_faces_charges

Now, the unidentfied women and her seven year old son were out walking when they spotted this guy making coffee ‘Au Natural’. First of all it is 5:30 AM, what the heck are you doing out walking as with a seven year old? Second – is the answer “we were out peeping into people’s houses”? LOL The only thing that should be done to this man – is his roomates should tell him to make sure he never does that when they’re home. He is the father of a 5 year old himself, known as a decent man, yet the Common Wealth Attorney’s Office of Virginia “he green light to proceed with the charge”. Could this not have been solved a little more cival like? Maybe have a patrol officer stop by and ask him to make sure his blinds are closed before he drips the morning brew? LOL

It is funny, but it is also a direct stab at our rights. This man faces criminal charges at the moment. Not a good thing. If it were me I would file charges on the women – I am sure there is a peeping “Tammatha” clause in Virginia.

Here is another – wow.

Woman Denied Health Coverage After Rape

A woman was denied health insurance after it was determined she might have a pre-existing condition as a result of being raped.

The Huffington Post reports that Christina Turner, 45, decided to take anti-HIV medicine after she woke up on a roadside with cuts and scrapes, indicating she may have been raped by two men who slipped a drug in a drink. Months after the incident when she needed to apply for new health insurance, she was denied because she had been taking anti-HIV drugs.

Ironically enough Turner used to be a health insurance underwriter. Despite her best efforts to explain to the insurance company how she had been assaulted, the company denied her coverage and told her she might be able to get coverage in three or more years if she could prove she was still free of AIDS.

Ok, so I need to get out in the woods and kill an innocent animal for food and sport. I am tired of eating those steaks that the grocery stores make. LMAO. Sue me!
