Life

Pneumonia is an inflammatory illness of the lung.

So, yeah I’ve learned the definition of pneumonia, since I’ve suffered from it and a little bronchitis on top of things….just to make it all the better.

I finally give in to my wife’s plea (read – orders) to go to the doctor. I had lost my voice Friday evening, and had slowly been going down hill since. Sunday evening, I went to bed early and been taking Musenex, my vitamins, Nyquil, and Dayquil. Trying to be ready for work Monday. By Tuesday afternoon I thought my life was ending. LOL Yeah I know…but I did.

Anyway, I went to the doctor’s office and got the news. He gave me a couple shots, pills, and some cough syrup complete with a nice narcotic ingredient. He also ordered some rest. Here it is Friday and I feel better, but still tire easily. I used to like lazy days, but I have went crazy the last few days not being able to do anything productive.

I’ve been building treatments for my home studio and this has put a huge hault to those plans. I have taken the down time to study up on some of the techniques and all. I’ve been conversing with experts on the Recording forum about what steps to take. These guys know their stuff, and are all willing to help.

Well…I am going to get off here and do some more resting – right after I remind my wife that I love her. She said I am a jerk when I am sick. I believe her. I’m a jerk when I’m not sick…and I imagine it only amplifies when I’m ill. LOL

Anyway, thanks for the prayers and emails to see how I am doing.
