Cool weather!
Well the softball team has a perfect record – the band is getting ready to complete the demo CD – and the weather is finally cooling off – all this added up to me making a post. LOL read on!
That’s right, playing slowpitch softball this fall, and our team has a perfect record thus far. It is 0-4. LOL I can laugh about it now…though I am not to happy about it actually. I hope to see some major improvement soon. We’ll see what happens.
The band ordered some new equipment – a new 24 channel board, some effects, compressors, all the good stuff we could afford. We have it all setup in a friends house which is vacant and makes a perfect recording studio for us. LOL
We hope to have the CD finished on the 15th – mixed and sent off for mastering. We decided it will not sound like we want it to, but will be much better than the last one. We hope that by this time next year to be working on a new one – with some new songs, and some old- and a huge new sound. Pray for us.

We are asking $10.00 for each CD. I wish I could just give them away, but our budget is bottomed out, and we want to continue doing this. So pray about it and then drop us a request for the CD.
We pray that the CD will touch you in some way. We have put a lot of work into the writing and recording and hope to make an even better CD the next time.
Ok and we’ll close with the weather – LOL – as much as I love summer, the coolness of fall is finally starting to show up and it is well invited to stay a while. With the huricane season, and all it is nice to have some cool days.
A friend and I took our bikes out for a ride this evening and it was awesome weather. Just right for a jacket, no bugs, bright blue sky, and – roll the wrist back – Yeah nice!
