A much needed vacation…

Well we just got home from our much needed vacation. It was just a little trip around Texas to mainly visit with family and friends. We did hit some attractions while out and around.

We had a great time. My parents got to meet us in Grapvine ftrain historic train ride, the Aquarium, rain Forrest cafe, shopping, nice hotel, and vist my sister. Then it was off to Lufkin to stay with my parents. We had a small plumbing issue that took daddy and i a couple days to line out. Two days to replace a faucet. Lol While in Lufkin we visited my brothers new house, and hung out with them for a while. I helped set up his surround sound. We took one day to go visit friends in Henderson, and got to tour Cherokee Trace. We took another day to go visit friends in Palestine. While their we toured the country side, looked at Victorian homes, and flew a plane over to Lake Palestin and backreturn our return to Lufkin there was a surprise birthday party for me. Totally caught me off guard. Happy 37th to me.

It really was a good vacation. The kids had fun, we got to see a lot of country.

I’ll make this a short post, since I need a nap, food, and to get ready for tomorrow morning with the lesson and songs. Enjoy some pictures below.
