East bound and down…uhh maybe it is South bound and down

Well made it to Austin, about a 4 hour trip. Little rain, but not to bad.

Was good to see my little brother and his girlfriend in their new apartment. The apartment is a little bigger than the one they had last time I was down.

We started off the week I will be here, with a trip over to some friends of theirs house for pool volleyball. Yeah…it was fun, had some good laughs, and I got to meet some new people. We all got ‘water wrinkled’ and then decided we would head down town.

Went to a place called The Library, when I found I did not have my DL in my wallet..AAGAGAHHHHH! what the crap? I have no idea where it is. Anyway they let me in… we played some pool…made a big come back int he 4th quarter on a game against som guys who laid money down to take the table….yeah I brought it all back home. LOL ! Andrew and I just knew we were fixing to get our butts stomped on the game, but big brother pulled it off at the end. LOL We still suck as pool players though!

Then we headed over to a club they will be playing this Friday, called the Lava Lounge. Lave is for…well… the lava lamps in the place. Small venue, with an outside patio area where the bands play. They had a band, that Andrew said was not worth listening to LOL…. so we did not pay cover to go out and listen to them. We stayed inside for a while, hung out, and then headed to the house.

Today we plan on…finding my DL! Andrew is going to show me where the Apple training center is, and I need to run by some stores. Plan on laying around the pool as well. Yes all week long, soak up some rays, surf the wireless net pool side, and just kick back.

I will give another update at the end of the week!

Peace.
