More snow
We were enjoying the nice weather and then they called for snow on Thursday – we got it. We got a pretty good amount and when it was over yesterday evening I was glad. I woke up this morning around 7:45AM, I don’t work on Fridays so I sleep in, and it was snowing again. It is still coming down. In fact it is picking up tempo it looks like. Craig and I fired up our business again. This time we hope to be much more profitable. We have several clients already and are taking it slow at the moment making sure everything is in order. Windows XP…stupid with ISO files – the fix
Well, this won’t be very interesting to most of you, or it might…but I was wanting to mount an ISO image file on Windows XP and couldn’t. I know, I could have burned a disc, then used it….but that is not what I wanted. If I was on my Mac I would have had no issues. So, I scoured the internet until I found a way. Happy New Year 2010
Yeah, man, Jace and I partied down last night for New Years. LOL Actually we were both on call, and we sat at home – nice and warm. We watched a couple of movies and chilled out. Call it getting old, or call it because of work – I would have at least liked to have had a few family and friends over to visit. We just thought that as soon as we did that, we would be called out to work or something. The moon was awesome looking last night though. I noticed it when i went out before bed to see if it was clearing off. Jace is…

Christmas 2009
Well, we had a white Christmas and it was a great one. I have not fully recovered from the lack of sleep, over eating, visits, and all the ice and snow. It was wild to come home from hunting down near Del Rio area on Wed. and it be a nice 60 something degrees – then the next day snow, ice, and cold blowing 35mph winds. Wow! It was nice, but it held some of out visitors at home because of the roads. I got stuck about two blocks from the house, and my father-in-law got stuck that day as well one block north of where I did. There were…

Damn near’t Mexico hunting trip – 2009
Well, we arrived back in Lubbock around 4:45 yesterday evening. We had a great time even though it did not turn out with a kill at the end of the hunt. We had all expected not to make any kills since it was a little late in season and this is the first year for us to go down there. So, now for the story… We left around 3PM and headed southbound. We could have left sooner, but had to wait for Craig. LOL We arrived at the Palacio de George around 9. As we pulled up there were about 8 deer in the front yard. We unloaded the gear,…
