qué está sucediendo mis amigos LOL!!!!
Hey! I just wanted to drop a post about what’s been going on in my boring exciting life. So, uhh…yeah read on.
So, let’s see…mostly I’ve been working and that’s about it. I did kill another rattlesnake yesterday at work. Other than that, I have been buying stuff for my new home studio. Worked some deals on the old equipment and started bringing in the new.
I have a new Digi 002r, Antares ATR-1a, and Alesis Masterlink ML-9600 to start. I know that probably means nothing to most of you…but it makes me happy. LOL I am hoping to sale a couple more items I have and then purchase the rest of what I have decided on. Which, since I know you are all wanting to know, will be a PreSonus DigiMax LT, FocusRite Octopre LE, PreSonus ACP-88, Lexicon MPX-1, and a BBE 882i. Everything listed above, and what I already own will allow me to get off and going. I will then, as needed, invest in some really nice microphones…and start saving more for the house…LOL
I have been packing re-packing boxes to move into a storage building, which I finally got today. I was about to move it all to Lubbock. That will free up my second bedroom here in the duplex. Now when someone comes to visit for the weekend…there will actually be a place for them to sleep. Plus I can use it for recording here at the house LOL. It will actually make me have some more useful room, and maybe I can stick to my goal of staying here until February or March before buying in Lubbock.
South First Band will be playing Lubbock this weekend. Friday at the Blue Light. Yes, I will be there. Have not seen these guys in a long time. So it will be good to see some old friends and hear some good music. They’ll be back again on August 3rd…and I hope to be at that one too!
Well I need to jump off here and do some packing and moving.
