My health and status

Well we had our health screening to day at work….they told me I would live for a few more days….but could not narrow it to a specific number. They said I would have no problem knowing when I was not lliving anymore though….said the biggest give away to the fact of not living is not having to carry around the gut that I have…LOL Here is what they told me.

Age: 31.7  (uhhh never had a decimal factored into my age…these people are sharp!)

Total Cholesterol = 208 mg/dl Fair

HDL Cholesterol = 40 mg/dl healthy

LDL Cholesterol = 150 mg/dl Little high-borderline risk (hmmmm)

TC/HDL Ratio 5.2 At risk  (risk of what????Oh Lord tey got me worried now…LOL)

Triglcerides = 86 mg/dl Normal (see I told ya’ll all these years I was normal….just did not know the details)

Glucose 84 mg/dl Normal (see comfirmation!)

Blood pressure = 136/88 Prehypertension (probably cause they told me I was at risk…and did not tell of what…so I was stressed LOL)

Body composition = 21.3% Fair    (I think I am obsese!)

Flexibility = 16 inches Fair (not the way I used to be….man I am getting old)

Few other things they told me:  I was a male, I am 70 inches tall, and I weigh 210.40 lbs (Good Lord!)

Some things I told them:

I will start my runing/biking back up along with a weigh lifting routine. I would watch my diet better. I would consider quiting snuff, but I am affraid I would stress out and have high blood pressure. …and I advised them that there scale and bady compostion computer needed re-calibrating!

Anyway wanted to make ya’ll feel all good today knowing that I will probably only live for a few more days….I hope they email me back when they get the exact results in.

Other than that, I have been making all the moves I can to get my credit as perfect as possible and become debt free bfore I buil a house. I only have one bad mark on my credit report (all 3 of the bureaus). Freecreditreport.com rocks! I have all my credit cards paid off and all I have left is my bike and truck. So, the bike is for sale if anyone knows someone in the market….it is a clean one owner with low miles and extras. $8100.00 cash. Email me for more details….it won’t last long. If I end up keeping it, I may just pay it off now. The truck…well, I will double up on the payments for a few months then trade it in.

I only want a vehicle payment and house payment….no other debts by July 2nd. My birthday! Whoo hoo! (sorry just a little memory plug there for ya’ll)

Let’s see in closing…another funny little story… I had 4 stitches taken out of my knee Monday. I was getting out of the shower and getting dressed in the small bathroom I currently have….hit my knee on the counter and gashed it open on a piece of formica. Yes, it freaking hurt, I teard up, and almost tore the vanity out of the bathroom. Ya know, a little anger remodeling….we’re all guilty of it…at least the thought.
