Lubbock County Fair – 2010

The weather played nice for us today and it really made the plans of going to the County Fair pay off. We all had a great time.

Keagan, Kaden, and even Jace and I got to ride a couple rides. We split up after a corn dog and some Lemonade. Kaden and I went to ride a few rides, as Keagan and Jace went their way. Kaden was almost running from one ride to the other. He would get really mad when we would be stopped at the gate to wait for the next load of people to be allowed on. He did not understand the rules completely. LOL He figured it out though.

Kaden was wanting to ride things I was pretty sure he would not like. I let him go anyway. I rode the Farris Wheel with him and he did not mind going up high and stopping…but he did not like it when they were moving it. LOL He screamed at the guy running it every time we came pass him. LOL It was kind of funny. When we stopped at the top he was telling me, “Daddy we need to go ride that!” “Daddy, I can see Mia girl from up here!”. When we starting moving full speed though, he was not happy.

Keagan said her mom was screaming like a little girl on some of the rides they were on. LOL

We grabbed some cotton candy on the way out to finish it off the right way. Like I said, the weather was awesome. Clear, light breeze, and only 66 degrees when we left. You can bet we’ll be back again next year, even if it is a little expensive. The carney’s make it worth walking around. LOL

Here are a few pics to look through.
