Well, we headed out for St. Louis today on our way back to Texas. If you did not get the update, we voted not to go to Nashville this year. Jace, and the kids held the majority on the vote to stay in Ohio and visit family. Jace, Uncle Jim, and I took a scenic tour of the Ohio country side yesterday. We went up to Archer’s Ridge where my Grandpa’s side of the family was raised. We got to see what was left of the old home place. The third step where Uncle Bill sat almost everyday for getting in trouble.  We got to see the old “road wagon” that Great Grandma Clark talks about in the interview below. Well, we made the trip to Ohio…after stopping in Missouri for a night. I was glad to get here and stretch the legs. Won’t post much for now…I’ll do a long wrap-up post at the end of it all. Maybe. For now you can see some pics on the photos page.

Well, I had this little link sent to me for my review and thoughts….so I figured why not just post it on here. I personally can’t disagree with this guy too much…so if that offends any of the readers…I apologize, and I live in the great United States of America. Hmmm

Well, I finished class early today, and made my way to the airport to book an earlier flight out. I was lucky enough to get one! So I am home now. I was met by a wife and son who actually seemed to miss me. I am sure that will wear off before the day ends. LOL
