This is a little pre-liminary, since the realtor just left – BUT – If anyone is interested, or if you know someone looking for a house in southwest Lubbock – then pass this on. Here is some information on the house that the realtor may or may not display on their listing. I will update this post with more information as soon as I have it. Just to clarify why we have decided to sell after building the house in Oct. 2007 – and to squash any rumors that might pop up. Here is the scoop, without too many details. Jace’s mother has been diagnosed with a serious illness. We have purchased some land in the southern part of the county and plan to build out there. We will build them a small apartment to live in, so that we can assist them with anything they might need.
