Well, it is “Black Friday” according to all the shoppers out there. Here, we are using it in our own way. It being the day after the Thanksgiving feast, raining, and we’re all still full of turkey, ham, and all the fixings…we just got up from a 2 hour nap. LOL Yeah this is what I am thankful for at the moment – a break and some rest. As a lot of you know, I’ve been sick off and on in the last few months. This last little bout with the “crud” had me down pretty hard for almost the entire week. The doctor has not narrowed it down to what it is exactly, but I do feel a little better. I should get the results of all the tests today or tomorrow. But enough of that, I had some family over this weekend and what to write about that instead.

I had the pleasure of working with the Kaden Clark band this weekend in the studio. Kade, which he is known by family and friends, is a rock star. He is currently working on his newest album in the studio. Clark Family TV was allowed to shoot some footage of the process.  The video shows everyone how to be the rock star that Kade is. It shows his ability to sing, play, dance. It also shows his writing technique and the brain storming behind it. Watch the video, feel what he is feeling.   Kade and I have been fighting the enemy and trying to protect the homestead as best we can. It is almost time for lunch now and then a nap…I hope. LOL So maybe we can call a cease fire for a few moments. The LT. is going to stop by and check on the troops here at Camp Clark. Hopefully we will still have control of the field.   Pray for us.
